Who doesn’t love chocolate mousse? For this recipe you only need 3 ingredients & a little patience. Its a little healthier because you aren’t using cream.

What you need:
3/4 cup chocolate chips
12 oz room temperature tofu
1/2 cup warm Almond Breeze vanilla almondmilk with a hint of honey
extra chocolate chips to garnish
Blender or food processor.
What do do:
1. Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments, stirring each time until melted all the way.
2.In a food processor or blender add tofu, melted chocolate , and Almond Breeze almondmilk. (I used a blender) Mix until smooth.
3. You can put in individual bowl or a big bowl. Put in refrigerator until chilled, at least 30 minutes. It tastes so much better when really cold. When ready to eat top with chocolate chips & enjoy! 🙂
