Can of tuna fish
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
Scoop with tomato basil wheat thins ( or break them up for crunch and eat as salad)
Ive been trying to stay away from cheese and dairy because it makes me break out , store didn’ t have my vegan cheese so I got the normal cheddar 😉 it looks like I have more cheese than I actually do .
1 lb chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup scallions; diced
bacon; cooked & crumbled
1 avocado, diced
mild cheddar cheese, shredded
salt & pepper
Place bacon on cookie sheet into cold oven and put oven at 400 F- Cook 15 minutes per side but keep an eye on it so it isn’t over cooked.
Add 2 tsp of bacon drippings into pan on medium heat
Add scallions and saute until soft
Add chicken , season with some salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is golden & cooked through.
In another skillet/pan ( or clean the one you used) put a small amount of butter.
Once it starts to bubble, add tortilla.
On half of the tortilla – Sprinkle some cheese, chicken & scallion mixture & avocado
Sprinkle a little bit more cheese on top- fold over wait 1-2 minutes until golden brown
Flip over 1-2 minutes on other side
wah*lah dinner is served 🙂
