About 1 cup of oatmeal ( I mix in a little at a time until it has a good consistency). You don’t want it all banana but not all oatmeal.
Add chocolate chips like I did , peanut butter, walnuts, trail mix, raisins, whatever you heart wants .
Bake for 15 minutes.
No egg, no flour
Good for breakfast or late night snack without the guilt
What you need
Add ins: dried fruit , nuts , peanut butter , Nutella, flax meal,or chocolate chips
I didn’t measure but here is what I did
-add oatmeal probably 1/2 cup
You don’t want the mixture to be too dry and not to mushy .
-sprinkled some cinnamon
-sprinkled flax meal
-I also added a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter probably could have used more but my lovely friend only left a spoonful lol
I put these in the toaster oven for 15-20 minutes
Prob 350 degrees
Depending on how you make it you can spread fruit jelly / jam, peanut butter , Nutella when done
