Colgate Optic White Regimen Review

Here I am day one about to try the Optic White Regimen.

Colgate 360 Toothbrush: I love this toothbrush. It really does its job cleaning my teeth along with my gums, cheeks, & tongue. On the back part of the brush it has little “bumps” to clean your cheeks while brushing and to use on your tongue. There are plastic cups within the bristles , which are supposed to hold the toothpaste better and the bristles help polish and of course clean your teeth. It also has a nice handle and grip for control.

Colgate Optic White Toothpaste- Minty taste , says white teeth within one week. When I see things like that I always wonder if its true. I want to say I’m on day 3 of using this regimen and I can already see a difference. I can’t wait for the whole week ( or when I’m done with the whole tube/bottle)

Colgate Optic White Mouthwash- So the taste isn’t so great with this one. It tastes like peroxide or the product/gel on teeth whitening strips.

I do like how it foams up and I can see when I spit it out the mouthwash, its still working . Around my teeth in the cracks I see the foam ,sort of reminds me of teeth whitening strips without the strip. I believe that is the idea and I like it. I think thats why I can see results so fast because even though I spit it out, its still penetrating and whitening and cleaning.

I’ve been using the regimen for over a week. I can tell a difference already. Before I received my VoxBox I was looking at my teeth and they didn’t look as white as they normally are so I am glad that Influenster sent me the products for free to review.

Easy taco soup

I should have taken the photo before I started eating ( better presentation) but here is the recipe

Can of black beans

Can of pinto beans

Can of corn

Can of diced tomatoes

Can of chicken broth

Can of chicken

Packet of taco seasoning

Additional topping: avocado, cheese, crushed tortilla chips

Food- fritters, pizza , popcorn & soup

Was on a popcorn kick… added some butter, seasoned salt ( salsa something) & shredded cheddar cheese. Why have I never thought of that before?? Might as well go all in .. yummy

Was craving soup. Had the turkey carcass from Easter. I was at work thinking what I wanted in my soup. I ended up putting celery, carrots, onion, spinach, diced tomatoes, chickpeas, & mushrooms. So yummy! ( no meat, except broth)

I was also craving black bean fritters one night. I love these things, along with the yogurt, garlic , cilantro dipping sauce. It calls for sugar so I used nectreese as a substitute. ( It was part of my Sugar ‘n Spice box I received from Influenster, a blog will be posted once I test out and try all products)

Next was cauliflower pizza. I made this one before if you have read my blog before. This time since I had access to a microwave I used a cheese grater  for the raw cauliflower then you put the cauliflower in the microwave for 6-8 minutes – no need to add water.

Added turkey pepperoni, mozzarella, mushrooms, & spinach.

This was easy and yummy.

Boil spaghetti ( I used whole wheat but a friend who is into nutrition & fitness told me whole wheat food actually causes you to bloat!)

Steam broccoli

Once pasta is done return to pot and add cannellini beans, drained can of diced tomatoes, broccoli, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, pepper & salt to taste. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. My friend said the said the ” sauce ” was a bit thick but I didnt mind it. So keep a cup of pasta water and add a little bit in if thats the case for you.
